Business Manager (Public Sector Specialist)
.

Your Mission Will Be

• Identify and develop business opportunities with Public Administration entities;
• Manage institutional client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication;
• Support public procurement procedures, including the preparation of proposals and documentation (RFPs, RFQs);
• Collaborate on the allocation and
  - up of consultants in public sector projects;
• Ensure margin control, risk management, and profitability of your business portfolio.

You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience in business management, coordination, or consulting roles related to the public sector;
• Good knowledge of public procurement regulations (preferably the Portuguese Public Contracts Code);
• Familiarity with public tender platforms such as ;
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and a
  - driven mindset;
• BSc or MSc in Management, Public Administration, or related fields;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Residency in the Lisbon area.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience in IT consulting companies delivering services to public entities;
• Previous involvement in bidding processes and managing public contracts;
• Motivation to create impact through innovation in the public sector.
