We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Business manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Market prospecting and acquisition of new clients
• Monitoring clients and presenting solutions
• Monitoring teams in projects and career management
• Defining commercial strategies for the business unit
• Ability to generate contacts and enhance leads.

Hard Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Manager
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or similar;
  
  

Soft skills

• Good communication

• Time management
