Profile Sourcing: Work closely with recruitment teams to identify and attract top tech talent.

Interview Management: Actively participate in the selection process, ensuring technical and cultural fit.

Client Delivery: Guarantee effective delivery of solutions and services, maintaining
- quality standards.

Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, securing advantageous conditions and
- term partnerships.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in commercial roles within the IT sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the technology market and current trends.

Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
