Business Manager Contractor – Consulting Team

Location: Lisbon (Remote, Portugal)

Start Date: Duration: 18 months | Full-time (40h/week)

Compensation

: €2. 300/month + €6, 50 meal allowance (SA)

Equipment: Laptop provided

We are seeking a

seasoned Business Manager contractor

to join our Consulting team, driving

strategic initiatives,
- driven insights, and operational excellence

across consulting and delivery engagements. This role offers the chance to work in a

dynamic, international environment

with exposure to senior stakeholders and
- country projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Insights

– Deliver actionable insights to support
- making, monitor KPIs, and align forecasts with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

– Build advanced reports and dashboards using

Excel (pivot tables, modeling)

and

Power BI

;



analyze complex data sets to guide strategy.

Operational Excellence

– Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management;



streamline processes and lead change management initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

– Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and delivery teams;



present insights clearly and facilitate workshops or strategic discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in consulting, business management, or delivery operations.

Advanced proficiency in

Excel & Power BI

.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Certifications in

Power BI, Excel, or project management

are a plus.
