We're currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to join us in Lisbon. This is a key role for us which will be responsible for managing administrative and IT support functions while ensuring efficient operational processes across the business. This includes overseeing the Admin Support Specialists, coordinating IT-related tasks, and supporting Finance with invoicing for projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, process oversight, and

• Act as a central link between admin, IT, and leadership for operational matters.
• Supervise and coordinate the Administration team in the UK and Portugal ensuring tasks are distributed effectively and service levels are met.
