It is the Operations Manager who is responsible for understanding the company’s internal processes and procedures and all that it takes to support our customers, culture, vision, and varying needs for ensuring the delivery of our products or services on time and within budget. Additionally, the Ops manager is responsible for overseeing our customer service, marketing, business development and engineering teams, as well as overseeing the hiring and training of new employees.
