We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This role involves managing and coordinating the operational implementation of new projects, ensuring successful onboarding and

As an Business Operations Specialist, you will:
- Lead the implementation, onboarding and
- live of new projects - Manage and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance
- Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with
- functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication - Drive structured processes to support operational efficiency and customer success

- Based in the Lisbon region (mandatory);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Availability for travel (mandatory);
- Proven experience in project management and/or operations management;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboard analysis;
