YOUR ROLE

We're looking for a Business Operations Support professional who can bring added value to our projects. You'll take ownership of operations within your area of expertise, managing your own resources. You'll be responsible for ensuring profitability through effective staffing, upselling, contract renewals, and team leadership.

- Support the selection and approval of the recruitment processes for your team.

- Ensure and follow up the staffing needs of the projects.

- Be responsible for the management and development of your team.

- Manage and address the needs of clients in your domain knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE

- Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.

- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).

- Autonomous, proactive, and positive mindset.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
