About the Role

We are looking for a Business Partner Master Data Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team! You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and
- structured master data across our customer, vendor, and business partner landscape. From handling daily data requests to leading onboarding for new companies and supporting CRM alignment, your work will help enable core business processes and global analytics.

• Process daily master data requests for customers, vendors, and business partner roles in line with internal standards
• Define and implement compliant and scalable data creation standards
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Lead master data activities during new company onboarding or integration projects
• Support data cleansing and harmonization initiatives
• Ensure master data readiness for CRM alignment and business partner strategy
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams

About You

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
• 2+ years of experience in master data management
• Experience in master data management, ideally in SAP
• Familiarity with customer, vendor, and business partner role structures
• Understanding of account assignments and data relevance for reporting and analysis
• Strong data accuracy, organizational, and time management skills
• Service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Flexible approach in adapting to changing priorities
• A true team player who enjoys working
  - functionally
• Good working knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience working in global
  - functional teams.
• Travel might be required, less than 20%.
• Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.
