Business Partner Program Manager

We’re looking for a Manager of the ZEISS Business Partner Program to join us in Oberkochen, Germany.
The role of the ZEISS Business Partner Program will involve:
• Designing and executing business benefits, services, and loyalty initiatives aimed at increasing partner retention and satisfaction.
• Analysing partner performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
• Elaborating structures for partners to advance within the program, including criteria for progression and associated benefits.
• Collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure alignment of program goals with overall business objectives and market specifics.
• Defining training measures and a comprehensive training curriculum that serve as both a benefit to partners and a tool for ensuring quality standards.
Your Experience As a Manager of the ZEISS Business Partner Program you will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in managing loyalty programs or partner programs, preferably within the optical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in developing new concepts with a
- driven mindset. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
You will ideally have:
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Ability to prepare regular reports on program performance, including partner engagement and retention rates.
• Strong relationship management skills with market colleagues.
