Who We're Looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Partner to join our dynamic VML team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be focusing on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional delivery of marketing and communications solutions for a portfolio of key healthcare clients.
What You'll Do:
- Client Partnership & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead strategic planning and business reviews with clients.
- Drive organic growth through deep understanding of client business needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for healthcare clients.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on brand positioning, marketing challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Lead
- functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Monitor industry trends and provide insights to drive innovation.
- Commercial Management
- Manage P&L responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Ensure project profitability and resource optimization.
- Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor client service teams.
- Ensure effective communication between client and internal teams.
- Drive operational excellence in project delivery.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in Client Service/Account Management or Business Partner within a healthcare communications or advertising agency setting.
- A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, trust, and
- term partnerships. - Experience in managing complex, integrated marketing programs and knowledge of marketing technology platforms and digital solutions.
- Strategic thinking and
- solving abilities, with a knack for translating client needs into actionable solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
