Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Analysis and mapping of existing business processes;
• Identification of opportunities for workflow optimization and automation;
• Design and implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency;
• Configuration, administration and integration of various management and automation tools;
• Development of automation and integration between different systems;
• Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools;
• Transformation of needs into structured backlog (in JIRA or Monday.com);
• Facilitation of discussions with stakeholders to prioritize tasks;
• Ensuring consistency and optimisation between the various systems used;
• Training and support for users in the new tools and processes implemented;
• Continuous monitoring and proposal of improvements in processes and systems.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in similar functions in the field of information technology;
• Solid experience and understanding in business analysis, work flows and processes;
• Proven critical capacity for optimization and simplification of work models, aiming efficiency and automation;
• Strong willingness to use and understand tools at the level of their administration and configuration;
• Significant experience with integration of tools, aiming at the optimization and automation of processes between several platforms from different business areas;
• Proficiency in using and configuring tools such as Monday.com, Make.com, Mailchimp, Apollo, among others;
• Practical knowledge of databases, including the ability to perform queries and create automatisms;
• Strong knowledge in Business Intelligence tools, with a strong preference for Power BI;
• Ability to create effective reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision support;
• Experience in process mapping and automation development;
• Solid knowledge in project management methodologies (ex: Agile, Scrum) and business analysis practices;
• Experience in creating and managing project backlog in tools such as JIRA or Monday.com;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or similar areas.
