About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation to join a dynamic Procurement & Performance – Core Model & Processes team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the migration of accounting and referential data to the SAP platform, supporting deployment testing, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes. Post-Go Live, the analyst will help build the support and maintenance activities for Purchase-to-Pay, Project Codes, Asset Accounting, and Finance processes across SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to international projects, working across multiple locations and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional analysis and support across SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SD).

Explain differences between SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA to support process adjustments or define new processes.

Identify and monitor interdependencies across application implementation activities and coordinate planning with IT development teams.

Provide functional support to business lines, including documentation, training sessions, and guidance for key users.

Analyze processes, propose improvements, and assess end-to-end impacts.

Required Technical Skills

Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD), PDAP, and Readsoft.

Knowledge of Project Management principles.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Language Skills

English – Expert (spoken and written)

French – Expert (spoken and written)

3–4 years of relevant international experience
