We are seeking a process analysis service with expertise in ITIL and Service
Now, capable of collaborating with an experienced Global Process Owner to develop the new processes while ensuring compliance with global standards. This support will also involve managing key stakeholders and ensuring teams are onboarded to the new process. Expertise in working across multiple regions with diverse stakeholders, as well as delivering confident presentations to varied audiences, is essential.
The service will be responsible for delivering process documentation, training presentations, and managing the various sprints required to execute this efficiently. Additionally, there will be a necessity to conduct workshops in collaboration with the Client lead and support global standardization efforts.
- With 5 – 7 years expertise.
- Ideally, expertise in the following areas is desired:
Service
Now, ITIL, Change and Stakeholder Management, Process Design/Improvement, and Scrum.
