Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our teams at one of the largest and leading Portuguese companies in the telecommunications and information technology sector, with a solid presence in both the residential and business markets. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

You will be part of a team that is characterized by collaboration, innovation, and customer focus, in an environment that values professional growth and technical autonomy.

What you will do

• Survey and analysis of functional requirements across business areas.
• Preparation of functional specifications and process flows.
• Support in defining and executing functional tests.
• Collaboration in validating deliveries with end users.
• Liaison with development and project management teams.

What you are like

• Valued experience in functional analysis roles in the context of information systems.
• Valued knowledge of BPMN, UML, requirements management tools, and process modeling.
• Certifications will be valued - CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
• Communication skills, critical analysis, and autonomy.
• Fluency in English.
