Job Description:

• We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in SAP4Hanna implementation (tests and migration), P2P Process, PDAP/ Cockpit knowledge .
• The candidate should have proven business analysis methodology knowledge in both accounting and migration processes in large companies and in an international environment.
• The focus will be to ensure the migration of data (referential and accounting) to the Group SAP Platform and to perform deployment project tests of the solution.
• After the Go Live, the candidate will participate to the aftercare of the project and will build the support and maintenance activities for the new accounting processes and modules.
• The processes deployed are the purchase to pay, project codes, asset accounting and finance processes supported by the following SAP modules: SAP FICO, MM, SD.

Main Tasks:

• Ensure proper functional analysis and support of different modules SAP4Hanna
• Able to explain differences between SAP ecc6 and SAP4Hanna, to help in Process adjustment or new process definition
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning follow ups with IT development teams
• Provide functional support to business lines on the right use of the tool, including the production of documentation, conducting training sessions for key users
• Capacity to improve processes and analyze all impacts of the team

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems and or business management related
• SAP4Hanna FI. MM. SD. PDAP, Readsoft
• Knowledge PM
• Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft office tools (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Fluent English
