- functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage your expertise in design and deploy scalable automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gain a deep understanding of business operations and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Analyse existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend automation solutions.
• Design and lead interactive workshops and training sessions to empower
  - users and drive adoption automations solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and training materials, to support knowledge sharing and governance.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities, leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML tools.
• Work closely with both IT and business teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with organizational policies and standards.
• Inspire a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region to drive understanding and support for the continuous improvement of processes.
• Ability to calmly address and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Confident in delivering training and support to
  - technical users, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of new tools.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple automation initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience with coding languages like Python (nice to have).
• Experience with database technologies and query languages like SQL, VBA (nice to have).
• Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations and develop innovative solutions within a changing environment.
