You'll be focused in

• Designing and implementing
  - wide process frameworks, ensuring Process optimization, capacity planning, executive reporting, alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Leading governance of business process architecture, including ownership of process lifecycle.
• Sponsoring and guiding
  - impact transformation programs, including automation, digitization, and data governance initiatives.
• Establishing and monitor enterprise KPIs for process performance, risk, and compliance.
• Providing guidance on methodology, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment.
• Representing the function in proper committees, contributing to strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Ensuring integration of process and data governance with cybersecurity, compliance, and IT architecture.

In order to succeed, you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in similar tasks;
• Good knowledge of internal controls, compliance and risk management;
• Knowledge of international standards: ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other similar regulations;
• Fluency in the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.

This role aims to monitor all the VW Group Digital Solutions Policies, operational processes and procedures using the Group Compliance Management System to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
