Responsibilities

• Map and document business processes using BPMN 2. 0;
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Recommend and align optimization solutions with suitable technological tools, particularly low‑code/no‑code platforms (e. g. , Power Automate Online & Desktop, RPA tools, SAP scripting, Power BI dashboards, etc. );
• Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and procedures;
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and effectiveness;
• Collaborate across business areas to ensure alignment and standardization of practices;
• Lead workshops and training sessions focused on process transformation and adoption of new practices;
• Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Requirements / Must Be Clearly Listed On Your CV

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Process Improvement Analyst;
• Experience in the Utilities sector (preferred);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
• Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills;
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail.
