About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support and manage our Portugal operations. This role will work closely with local leadership and play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, strong partner relationships, and effective support across HR, finance, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Country Support
Support Portugal’s local country management activities, including HR, finance, and administrative operations
Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements
Act as a key point of coordination between global teams and local stakeholders
Business Development & Partnerships
Support local business development initiatives and market expansion efforts
Manage and nurture relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers
Coordinate contract management and vendor negotiations in alignment with company policies
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support leadership with insights, reports, and operational updates
Represent the company in local business interactions as required
General Business Support
