About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support and manage our Portugal operations . This role will work closely with local leadership and play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, strong partner relationships, and effective support across HR, finance, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Country Support

• Support Portugal’s local country management activities, including HR, finance, and administrative operations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements
• Act as a key point of coordination between global teams and local stakeholders

Business Development & Partnerships

• Support local business development initiatives and market expansion efforts
• Manage and nurture relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers
• Coordinate contract management and vendor negotiations in alignment with company policies

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support leadership with insights, reports, and operational updates
• Represent the company in local business interactions as required

General Business Support

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in business operations, country management, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of HR, finance, and administrative processes
