Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the full lifecycle of a complex deal, combining strong data analysis skills with a hands-on approach to daily operations and process automation. This role will be responsible for tracking and maintaining critical deal-related activities—including tracking ordering, booking, order fulfilment, invoicing, and maintaining a data repository—while ensuring that billing to our partner is accurate and timely. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with MS Access and Power BI, possess excellent attention to detail, and thrive as a collaborative team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Lifecycle Support: Provide end-to-end analytical and operational support across ordering, booking, order fulfilment, invoicing, and data repository maintenance for a complex deal.
Data Tracking & Accuracy: Track and validate each step of the deal process, ensuring data integrity and that all information is current and correct.
Billing Management: Monitor and ensure that billing to the partner is precise and sent on schedule, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automating repetitive daily tasks and implement small-scale automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use MS Access to track the daily activities throughout the lifecycle of the deal and generate reports. Create dashboards for internal and partner-facing stakeholders leveraging Power BI.
Documentation Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date data repositories, ensuring all documentation related to the deal is readily accessible and accurate.
Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high accuracy in all aspects of work, especially in data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data analysis and/or business operations, preferably supporting complex deals or projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Access and Power BI for data management and visualization.
• Experience implementing basic automation solutions (e.g., macros, workflow tools, scripts) to streamline daily operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with deal lifecycle processes such as ordering, booking, fulfilment, and invoicing is highly desirable.
• Ability to organize and maintain data repositories and documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
