- Leads and coordinates project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Oversees the migration from legacy systems to a modern architecture, working closely with backend (Java) and frontend (Angular) development teams. - Applys Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage sprints, backlogs, and team collaboration. - Facilitates communication between
- functional teams, stakeholders, and developers. - Monitors project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensures alignment with business goals and user needs. **Profile****Profile**:
- 5+ years of experience as a **Technical Project Manager**, ideally having started as a developer. - Strong technical background in **Java (backend)** and **Angular (frontend). **:
- Experience in **financial services, credit institutions, or payment systems. **:
- Proven track record in **platform migrations** and managing complex technical transitions. - Proficiency in **Agile/Scrum**, Jira, Service Now, and Microsoft Office
- **Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)**. - Excellent communication skills. - Proactive,
