Job Description:
We are recruiting a Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Lisbon. Responsibilities: As Business Relationship Manager support, you are responsible for delivering the tasks defined by the BRMs to meet Business requirements for the Extended Enterprise. Your main tasks include:
- Supporting BRM in project solution analysis, use case identification, and risk/opportunity assessment.
- Understanding needs and verifying required information (company registration, existing d
WP/d
NES). - Supporting project meetings, preparing EE inputs, and documenting Minutes of Meetings.
- Managing supplier onboarding tasks as per the Extended Enterprise solutions framework.
- Implementing and maintaining reporting tools and trackers aligned with project milestones.
- Gathering information from EE teams such as Application Enablement, Partner Enablement, Daa
S, etc. - Assisting BRM in creating Steering Committee presentations.
- Supporting early life support to suppliers and handover to run mode.
- Maintaining continuous communication with BRM.
Additionally, support daily business tasks related to the Extended Enterprise to facilitate supplier onboarding and provide guidance on EE solutions and processes:
- Conduct demand analysis and log activities for BRM allocation.
- Develop and maintain reporting to monitor activities and ensure timely communication.
- Provide support and information to suppliers and the business regarding EE solutions and processes.
- Manage EE documentation for partner deployment and updates.
- Support supplier requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Assist Airbus business support requests and ensure continuous customer care in specific areas.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of complex, global business organizations.
- Strong reporting skills and understanding of multifunctional business stakes.
- Familiarity with digital solutions and IT topics; IT background preferred.
- Open-minded, flexible, reliable,
- focused, and adaptable communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Language skills: Negotiation level of English; French and/or German are a plus.
