Key Responsibilities

Your role:

As a Business Relationship Manager support, you are responsible for the deliverables defined by the BRMs to meet Business needs.

Main tasks include:

1. BRM support / project - complex activity
2. Support the BRM throughout the project lifecycle: analysis, risk management, and stakeholder meetings.
3. Manage supplier onboarding and project reporting.
4. Gather information and support steering meetings.
5. Provide early life support to suppliers and ensure effective communication.

2. BRM - Customer support -
- demand activities

Assist daily business operations related to Extended Enterprise tasks, including demand analysis, reporting, and supplier support.

Activities include:

• Develop and maintain reports.
• Provide guidance to suppliers and business units.
• Manage documentation and requests.

Competencies

Requirements include:

• Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of complex, global business organizations.
• Reporting skills and understanding of digital solutions.
• IT background preferred; interest in IT topics beneficial.
• Open-minded, flexible, reliable,
  - focused, and communicative.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Negotiation-level English; French and/or German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
