Overview
The Business Revenue Account Manager’s main mission is to guarantee and perform daily controls and monitor the billing activity, invoicing process across markets, while ensuring all the necessary procedures are created within the deadline.
Responsibilities
- Perform Business Revenue (BR) controls on a regular basis
- Ensure all the controls are documented and signed, including all 4 eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes, and inputs in PACT
- Ensure all the documents and answers to ORC and OPC teams are provided in the respective deadlines
- Guarantee that on second level controls the rate of findings is less than 10%
- Ensure that all the necessary procedures are created and updated and input in PACT respecting the deadlines
- Ensure all incidents are duly addressed
- Guarantee incidents are logged within the deadline defined, after detection
- Follow-up of the incidents on time
- Help preparing internal and external audit files, being available to answer all necessary queries
- Have an active role on innovation processes
- Propose and create innovative processes with practical application, that will allow a better performance by time reduction, efficiency on the task and less error rate
- Contribute to SWITCH project with WIN applications
- Ensure deadlines are accomplished
- Follow-up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending
- Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in the production
- Act to decrease the number of costumer claims
- Manage generic email box and phones
- Reply to the
- mails within the deadline defined, providing regular feedback on pending matters any time necessary - Share knowledge with the other team members, and help the team whenever necessary
- Follow the Team Leader recommendations, referring all relevant matters
- Support the Transformation team and ensure all the documentation and files requested are delivered on time and accurately to improve the Business Revenue Transformation Program, and actively support and implement the TOM strategy
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or any related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
- Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
- Great organizational skills and adapt to changing priorities
