THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a

Business Sales Manager

for a international project, 100% remote.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to the Europe North, Middle East. Corporate, External and Legal Affairs CELA) team.
• Work closely with the Business Program Manager for CELA Europe North and Middle East.
• Support Legal Attorneys and Government Affairs professionals across 12 European countries.
• Manage calendars, interact with suppliers, raise purchase orders, handle invoicing issues, and schedule meetings.
• Arrange travel and create travel expense reports.
• Prepare purchase orders, standard statements of work and sponsorship agreements.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Team Assistant.
• Fluent in English;
