Job Title: Business Services Team Manager
We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager to oversee travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, expense policies, and administration.
This executive role demands outstanding coordination, planning,
- making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills. It involves managing a complex,
- paced operation in the tech industry.
Our team coordinates
- scale company events involving travel for hundreds of people from over 80 countries. We conduct these events four times annually, which are crucial for shaping company culture, teamwork, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include travel procurement, logistics, visa management, handling travel complications, and ensuring safety and efficiency. This role requires a rigorous approach and high work ethic due to the complexity and scale.
The team also serves as an independent check on expense claim approvals, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability across all levels. This involves setting clear expectations and defending policies professionally.
Operational costs amount to tens of millions, involving numerous tactical and operational decisions. Additionally, the team provides traditional 'EA' services for company leaders—scheduling meetings, coordinating reports, approvals, and managing small projects—delivering consistent service across departments.
Location: Worldwide,
- based, with exceptions in locations with offices (e. g. , London, Taipei, Beijing).
Leadership and Responsibilities
- Travel approvals, logistics, and operations
- Expense review in accordance with policies
- Planning and executing complex company events four times a year
- Managing company offices for executive briefings and operational needs
- Implementing global duty of care, health, and safety programs with comprehensive policies
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional academic record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or business field
- Proven drive and a history of exceeding expectations
- Leadership and management skills
- Sound judgment in financial, policy, and interpersonal matters
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, global organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility

- awareness - Results-oriented with a strong personal drive
- Willingness to travel up to four times annually, with trips lasting up to two weeks
