The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve liaising with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:

Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;

Oversee theplanning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;

Work closely withdepartment heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;

Produce
- driven insights for strategy formulation;

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively;

Contribute to thecompany's overall strategic planning and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field;



MBA is highly desirable;

Minimum of 3years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;

Proven ability tothink strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;

Ability to work in a
- paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Leadership and the ability to work
- functionally and independently.
