Job Description
Business Success Team Leader – The Business Success Team Leader is responsible for the overall success of our automotive repair network, managing and guiding Business Development Specialists and Business Success Specialists within the team. This position requires strong leadership skills to drive business development and improve the performance of automotive workshops in our network. The Team Leader will ensure seamless coordination between acquiring new partners and enhancing existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Hire, lead, mentor, and support team members; set clear goals and performance expectations; conduct regular performance reviews; foster a collaborative and motivated team environment; be accountable for achieving market level goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for network expansion and performance improvement, aligned with overall company strategy; analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth; coordinate with distribution hubs for strategic alignment; monitor and adjust plans based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Finance & Forecasting: Work with the Business Operations manager on operational budgets and forecasts for the market; proactively monitor performance, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement strategies to enhance profitability; accountable for management of overdue payments.
- Business Development: Oversee the selection and analysis of prospects; ensure effective communication and
- up with potential partners; guide the team in presenting benefits and advantages to prospects; manage contract negotiations and legal documentation. - Network Performance: Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners by coordinating with Business Success Specialists; monitor the performance of enrolled workshops and implement improvement plans; conduct experience surveys and use feedback to enhance processes; promote corporate identity and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing and coordinating a commercial team, within business development or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation.
- Proactive and
- motivated with a focus on achieving team targets. - Portuguese and English language skills C1 level minimum.
