Business Support Analyst

The role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Business Support Analyst for a national project.

Your day to day

• Assist in software installations and configurations
• Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor and follow up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service
• Participation and management of projects related to business application needs
• Participate in workshops and follow ups regarding business activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities
• Solid knowledge of Service
  Now
• Experience with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is a plus
