We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Procurement Services team, supporting Group-wide digital tools and user assistance across the BPCE network.

? Your mission:

• Manage purchasing requests for consultancy and technical services through the Group's procurement platform (Harmoni)
• Provide
  -
  - day support to users (buyers, business lines, suppliers) on Harmoni tools and procurement processes
• Conduct demos and training sessions to support system rollout within Group companies
• Contribute to tool optimization by analysing user feedback and identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure data quality across processes managed by the Business Support team
• Support transversal missions within the team and Procurement division

? What we’re looking for:

• Degree (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in Management, Procurement or similar
• Prior experience in middle office, user assistance, procurement support or related functions
• Strong communication skills and a true customer service mindset
• Comfort with tools like Ivalua Buyer, Docu
  Sign, and other management platforms
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office & Teams
• Experience in change management or training projects is a plus
• Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
