Overview

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader. We pioneer technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. We are looking for a Business Support Specialist willing to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP in coordination with operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of PO data, including vendor details, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Provide administrative support to several departments, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
• Support other
  - office functions such as invoice reconciliation, filing, and handling routine communications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records in SAP and other internal systems.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation related to procurement activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and support needs. Participate in process improvements and support digitalization initiatives where applicable.
• Respect and ensure the correct and full implementation of the Forvia Code of Ethics and the Forvia Code of Management in daily practice.
• Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which the candidate has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) in a purchasing or administrative support role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
• High school diploma (required); additional education in management or administration is a plus.
