- focused global company. Responsibilities:As a French Speaking Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with various
- Provide account and application support, especially regarding software
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network
- Respond accurately and promptly to viewer inquiries
Requirements:To be selected as a French Speaking Advisor, you should have:
- Native-level proficiency in French (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)- A passion for entertainment and
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and customer
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and
- Eligibility to work in Portugal, either with an EU passport or valid work permit
