Job Description:
Help shaping the future of Retail and Supply Chain optimization - as a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing RELEX solutions, turning business requirements into powerful, efficient solutions in areas such as Forecasting, Replenishment, Allocations, and Inventory Planning.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support solution demos in one (or more) of the areas mentioned above;
- Support business consultants in compiling and documenting business requirements;
- Analyze, design, configure and implement changes on existing software as per business requirements;
- Perform testing and debugging of end user applications;
- Support super users training, by preparing documentation and training environments;
- Support end users throughout User Acceptance Testing and stabilization phases;
- Participate in implementation projects applying
- defined methodologies and specifications, contributing individually and as a team member; - Grow your retail and supply chain knowledge;
Requirements:
- University Degree in Information Systems, IT, Industrial Engineering and Management, Systems Engineering or similar;
- Experience in retail and/or supply chain optimization solutions in roles such as system analyst, QA, functional consultant, or tester;
- Basic knowledge of databases, shell scripting, Java, or other programming languages;
- Analytical skills to interpret and understand business processes by written requirements and technical specification documents;
- Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure;
- Ability to work well within a team with different seniority levels;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Critical thinking and a
- oriented approach to problem solving; - Availability to travel;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
