Roles and Responsibilities (Must Have)

• Analyze and solve moderate and high complexity problems.
• Have prior experience in Digital Marketing and Advertising space (preferred).
• Expert in identifying automation opportunities and redesigning processes with innovative solutions.
• Strong background in data analysis or market research concepts with attention to detail.
• Skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirements.
• Ability to persuade and engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods when needed.
• Require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

Good to Have

• Basic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or App
  Script solutions independently.
• Capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomes.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI, and agentic AI fundamentals, and ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations.
• English C1.
