The

role

At Pw
C's

Consulting division, we support companies in successfully implementing

transformation programs that will enable them to perform better, become more

efficient and resilient in these times of fast change, through digitalization

and process optimization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in management consulting projects with clients, integrating into project teams that include junior members while supporting senior colleagues. Projects include:

- Reengineering/improvement of processes based on best practices for digitization and automation to enhance efficiency;

- Identifying cost reduction opportunities;

- Restructuringcompanies and/or departments, rethinking operating models and ensuring alignment with company strategies;

- Redefining procurement functions to boost their efficiency;

- Identifying requirements for technological solutions;

- Supporting technology implementation;

- Assisting in change management initiatives.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including other Pw
  C business units such as IT Strategy, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Tax and Legal Advisory, M&A, among others.
• Contribute to internal management and team motivation activities.
• Provide support for commercial initiatives, particularly in developing tailored approaches to tackle client challenges.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related field;
  
  
  
  
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally within a Big Four firm or a comparable organization;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in English;
  
  
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset;
  
  
  
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathy;
  
  
  
  
• Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
