Business Unit Manager
Job Description
At Code for All_, Business Unit Owners have the ability to generate real impact: they are true owners of their products, their teams, and their business lines — always collaborating
- functionally with other departments. Our business units are supported by three transversal teams that work across all business units of the business and ensure we can scale effectively: Admissions/B2C Sales, Delivery, and Marketing Ops.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who enjoys building, launching, and scaling products, and wants to do it in an environment that provides freedom and ownership, but also brings challenging and exciting goals. It’s a true fast track to learn about strategy and execution, while also delivering direct impact on the company’s growth.
For the B2C Training vertical, we have already helped reskill more than 2, 500 people through our long courses (500h+ bootcamps) that have transformed careers and lives. In the last years, we have also scaled our upskilling portfolio, with 500+ learners joining every month to take part in small synchronous cohorts, learning AI and technical skills with teachers in a highly practical way.
We are looking for someone who combines management and entrepreneurial experience with a marketing and growth mindset. Instead of being focused on closing sales deals, this role requires someone who knows how to think about distribution, customer experience, and growth channels — scaling our B2C training offer, improving the referral engine, and building a
- term roadmap for expansion.
In short, you will be the primary responsible and builder in taking our B2C products/services to the next level in terms of scale and experience
