At Code for All_, Business Unit Owners have the ability to generate real impact: they are true owners of their products, their teams, and their business lines — always collaborating
- functionally with other departments. Our business units are supported by three transversal teams that work across all business units of the business and ensure we can scale effectively: Admissions/B2C Sales, Delivery, and Marketing Ops.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who enjoys building, launching, and scaling products, and wants to do it in an environment that provides freedom and ownership, but also brings challenging and exciting goals. It’s a true fast track to learn about strategy and execution, while also delivering direct impact on the company’s growth.
For the B2B Training vertical, we have already trained more than 30 companies in Artificial Intelligence in 2025 and we believe we are just getting started. The growth potential is huge — from delivering highly personalized training to launching new AI implementation services. We see a unique opportunity to have a genuine impact on organizational transformation and help companies adopt new skills faster.
We are looking for someone who combines management and entrepreneurial skills with the commercial drive to sell and close deals. No technical background in either AI or sales is required, but strong business vision, execution drive, and confidence in engaging in commercial conversations with senior

Your Responsibilities ?
- Strategic Ownership of the B2B AI Training Vertical
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of the business unit, ensuring a clear balance between strategy and execution.
- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target segments.
- Shape the sales and go‑to‑market strategy for this vertical.
- Manage the unit’s budget, margins, and ROI, aligning growth targets with sustainability.
- Use learnings from client interactions and delivery to shape the future roadmap.
- Operational Sales & Client Execution
- Be hands‑on with clients: run discovery calls, understand needs, scope solutions, and close deals.
- Take full responsibility for the sales cycle: from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closing contracts.
- Lead senior‑level sales conversations with decision‑makers at client organizations.
- Ensure strong follow‑up and account management, maintaining close contact before, during, and after delivery.
- Personally manage key accounts, guaranteeing smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
- Coach, manage and support your sales team to scale processes and share best practices.
- Product & Roadmap Collaboration
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, delivery, and admissions teams to continuously improve the client journey and delivery.
- Identify and test new service opportunities (e. g. , AI implementation services) directly with clients before scaling.
- Translate operational learnings into strategic input: which products to launch, which markets to prioritize, and how to position them.
- Contribute actively to project management and roadmap planning, ensuring initiatives are tested, validated, and ready to scale.
About you ?
- You have ~3-5 years of experience in management/marketing or sales roles (sales, business development or product roles are also ideal);
- You have a sales‑oriented mindset, but are not a “pure salesperson” — you balance sales drive with management vision;
- You think end‑to‑end: from the client journey to product strategy, from numbers to execution;
- You have experience leading a team or team members;
- You are autonomous, entrepreneurial, and enjoy building from scratch;
- You communicate clearly and confidently in both Portuguese and English;
- You collaborate well, but also thrive when taking the lead and making decisions;

We are also hiring another Business Unit Owner, with the difference being that their product is B2C Training. While the B2B Owner focuses, asides of the ownership of the vertical, on executing sales deals and managing client relationships, the B2C Owner focuses on marketing, distribution, and growth in B2C channels.
