Your Mission

Our Valuation Services Team within Assurance provides specialized valuation services for
- related engagements, supporting clients across private equity, debt, infrastructure, venture capital, and intangible assets. We aim to deliver
- quality valuations that meet regulatory standards, enhancing financial statement integrity.

We are seeking a Manager to strengthen our capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring clients make informed decisions based on robust valuation insights. This position is based in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and directors in valuation and modelling engagements.
• Manage teams, projects, and clients daily, ensuring service delivery.
• Support and review work of junior team members.
• Present valuation findings to internal teams and clients.
• Build internal and external networks.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Coach junior staff in valuation, modelling, and soft skills.
• Participate in internal projects like digitalization and industry specialization.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of valuation and modelling experience, preferably in Big Four, banking, private equity, or similar.
• Experience managing valuation projects.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Analytical and lateral thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail with a strategic overview.
• Teamwork and client interaction skills.
• CFA qualification is a plus.
