Overview

The Senior Specialist, Regulatory Technology Products reports to the Director of Regulatory Business Technology and is a key member of the Organon R&D Business Technology team. The role provides support and business/technical analysis for Regulatory systems, including requirements gathering, support, delivery, enhancement and vendor management. Familiarity with core Regulatory processes and BTS core processes (change management, service management, SDLC, incident management) is important. Strong collaboration and communication skills are needed to work with business clients, the service management team, and vendors to deliver
- quality responses and services.

Experience with Compliance, Computer Systems Validation, and Data Integrity in the

- day work BTS delivers and supports BT platforms for the business is desirable. This role will work closely with the Regulatory Value Team in the overall management, delivery, and support of Regulatory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top tier support to business clients for Regulatory systems.
• Manage the Regulatory platforms day to day – including delivery and support.
• Establish and review metrics for support and overall platform operations.
• Write and prioritize backlog user stories/requirements, focusing on business and technical requirements.
• Work within a
  - functional team to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
• Meet all compliance obligations through tasks such as requirements elicitation and documentation, User Acceptance Test planning and coordination, requirements traceability, and SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across disciplines and at all levels to implement new solutions and updates to Regulatory solutions.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Sciences, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, working with business teams, building and delivering effective business processes aligned to solutions, and providing IT support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to tangible and valuable outcomes.
• Experience creating user stories/requirements, use cases, process flows, wireframes and data mappings with facilitation and
  - off analysis.
• Ability to adapt and rapidly learn new technologies and apply findings to solve business challenges.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation, and ability to influence.
• Experience creating and reviewing IT Software Development Life
  Cycle (SDLC) documentation.
• Experience with Content Management platforms (Documentum, Veeva Vault RIM), Health Registration Management & Publishing (Calyx, Ennov, Veeva Vault RIM), Power
  BI, and workflow/automation tools (Power
  Automate, UIpath) is a plus.

Preferred

• Agile development experience preferred.
• Domain knowledge of Regulatory R&D processes and/or technologies.
