Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the feasibility studies for new business and modelling of new formats;
  
  
  
  
• Provide financial analysis to support business decision making and commercial strategy;
  
  
  
  
• Development of financial models to assess performance, pricing strategies and investment opportunities;
  
  
  
  
• Manage a P&L and cashflow projection for the pipeline of signed and potential deals;
  
  
  
  
• Support the revenue recognition process for new management agreements;
  
  
  
  
• Tracking projects performance metrics vs original feasibility studies and maintaining an updated investment appraisal analysis;
  
  
  
  
• Build cost analysis per project to drive efficiency and profitability;
  
  
  
  
• Develop successful partnerships across the business (Development and FP&A teams) to help drive business performance.

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum 4yearsexperience in Finance Advisory and Financial Modelling;
  
  
  
  
• Excel skills;
  
  
• Fluent in English;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with
  SAP (preferential);
  
  
  
  
• Experience in aglobal context and in the Hospitality sector (preferential);
  
  
  
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to interpret large volumes and complex data;
  
  
  
  
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and
  - solving abilities;
