Buyer IT Services Fixed Price - French Speaker

Buyer in the IT Services domain within Procurement & Performance, joining the Procurement Operations Team. The Buyer operates on internal clients’ behalf to purchase IT Services, ensuring regulatory compliance and BNP Paribas standards, applying
- sourcing strategy and achieving the savings target.

Responsibilities

• Support clients (BNP Paribas entities) in purchasing requests, ensuring client satisfaction in terms of quality, costs and processing time
• Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and analyze suppliers’ offers
• Negotiate best price and contractual conditions with providers and achieve savings target
• Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulations, BNP Paribas standards and framework contracts
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or Law
• At least 1 year of experience in
  - related activities (purchasing, finance or operations)
• Knowledge of IT regulations and requirements in IT contracts desirable
• Knowledge of procurement software
• Proficiency in reading, negotiating and managing contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
  Point, Word)
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, communication, rigor, attention to detail, organizational skills
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
