Job Description:

We are now recruiting for a Buyer to join our team in Lisbon and become part of Airbus Procurement!

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for Tactical Sourcing activities and Contract Management support for the Direct and Indirect procurement functions, aligned with SLA requirements.

You will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization, ensuring a compliant procurement process.

Main responsibilities

• Act as an extended member of the central Procurement team for Tactical Sourcing and Contract Management.
• Manage the Call for Tender (CFT) and supplier selection process following Airbus processes.
• Support drafting and negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Process standard NDAs for various projects upon request.
• Manage contractual documents and ensure deliverables meet contractual terms.
• Support
  - term supplier relationship strategies.
• Report on savings targets achievement.
• Leverage bundling opportunities and contribute to global initiatives.
• Maintain communication with strategic buyers.
• Contribute to procurement innovation and digitalization initiatives.

Requirements – Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2 to 5 years of procurement experience with potential for development within core countries.
• Strong skills in Tendering, Negotiation, Contracting, and SRM;
  
  
  
  knowledge of Export Control and Sustainability laws;
  
  
  
  fluent in English;
  
  French and/or German is a plus;
  
  
  
  familiar with Airbus procurement tools and Google Suite.
• Delivery-oriented with excellent communication skills;
  
  
  
  team player;
  
  comfortable with remote work;
  
  
  
  acts with integrity andethics;
  
  
  
  able to travel upto once a month.
