We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Czech-speaking professional to play a key role supporting vehicle purchasing and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector.

If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management and are fluent in Czech, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your Czech language skills
• Manage purchase and sales contract issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate vehicle transport logistics between depots in Portugal and abroad
• Ensure effective communication among all parties involved, using both Czech and English
• Work within an area requiring strong business management support

Requirements:

• Fluent in Czech (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation
• Knowledge of logistics and transport processes (preferred)
• Previous experience in administrative support or business management (preferred)
• Good English communication skills

What we offer:

• Attractive base salary: €1, 300
• Meal allowance: €6 per day
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
