We are looking for a C# Backend Engineer!

Mission:

Software Engineer in Out
Systems R&D, you’ll be a member of the group of teams responsible for developing the next generation of capabilities of one of our platform components.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing solutions with the team, by following development processes (like TDD, BDD, code reviews. . . )
• Optimizing the performance of the platform component you’ll work on.
• Produce and test code in short cycles, with a high degree of automation.
• Gather feedback from
  - users and adapt your solutions.
• Focus on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users.
• Handle complex incidents created by the solutions developed in your team, including
  - call support rotation.
• Knowledge of product development best practices, continuous delivery, and testing.
• Experience in designing and communicating
  - level functional designs and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. If you do not have one but are highly skilled, we want to hear from you.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Passion for analyzing and designing elegant solutions for complex problems.
• Great troubleshooting skills.
• Availability to be part of the 24x7
  - call rotation.
• Passionate about learning and helping others understand complex subjects.
• Drive to innovate and incorporate development best practices.
• Interest in upcoming technologies and frameworks.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Continuous delivery and testing techniques (valued).
• Excellent coding skills in C#.
• Knowledge in. Net Core, Relational &
  - relational databases, cloud systems (AWS, Azure), and Kubernetes (K8s) are pluses.
