- time video encoding and transcoding platform. You’ll own
- critical C++ components for encoding, packaging, encryption, and delivery of live video to millions worldwide;
tune codecs across CPU and hardware accelerators;
master HLS/DASH/CMAF; and ship

Hands-on experience with x264, x265, NVENC, or equivalent codec implementations and APIs
Proven track record optimizing in
- constrained environments
Strong experience with build systems, binary distribution, and reproducible builds
Solid understanding of OTT streaming formats (HLS, DASH, CMAF)Ideally you'll have experience in:Kubernetes
Low level debugging
AWS, GCP Akamai Linode Cloud tooling
