The Role

We are looking for an
experienced C# Developer
to contribute to feature development on both the
UI and backend
- side implementation
. This role involves working with large datasets, aggregating information, and displaying results while keeping the UI highly responsive.

The successful candidate will be a strong advocate of
agile development and automated testing
, with excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with traders, quants, and development teams across global locations. A proactive,
- oriented personality and the ability to take ownership are key for success in this position.

About the Client

We are supporting one of our clients, a
leading international financial institution
, in reinforcing its technology teams. Operating as a global hub, these teams build and maintain
- critical applications supporting trading and risk management functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new features, maintain existing applications, and fix defects.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and production support teams.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
• Provide regular progress updates, escalating risks/issues when needed.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams on development tasks.
• Support L3 production activities and maintain
  - production environments for regression and functional testing.
• Participate in
  
  - call rotations
  , covering evening hours for US markets and occasional weekend releases.

Key Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• Minimum of
  10 years' experience in. NET / C# development
  .
• Expertise with the
  Microsoft. NET Framework
  .
• Experience with
  UI optimization
  and
  UI unit test automation
  .
• Proficiency with
  profiling tools
  for optimizing CPU and memory usage.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive,
  - do attitude.
• Interest in learning and understanding the
  business domain
  .
