Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize C++ applications for complex and
  - critical environments;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals;
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to final deployment;
• Apply modern coding standards and ensure best practices in software architecture;
• Share expertise, mentor peers, and foster knowledge exchange across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ software development;
• Hands-on experience with Qt/QML;
• Familiarity with the complete software lifecycle, from requirements to deployment;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment;
• Residence in Porto or nearby areas to align with our hybrid work model.

Preferred

• Experience with C or Rust programming languages;
• Practical exposure to embedded systems development;
• Knowledge of profiling and performance analysis tools;
• Strong communication skills to inspire and align with technical and
  - technical audiences;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
