- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years of
- related experience;
- OR a secondary educational qualification with 5 years of
- related experience;
- Experience in:
- Facilitating team building;
- Analysing team building needs;
- Coordination tram building events;
- Managing learning/training and professional development activities;
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate);
- Demonstrated skills in
Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power
Point, MS Share
Point;
- Practical skillsin setting up and maintaining databases;
- Ability to:

- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT. **Duties/role**:
- Facilitating and administering of Team Building Events and analysing Team Building requests;
- Managing, planning andadministering learning services at the NCIA, in particular the administration and coordination of group training events;
- Analysing and translating training needs and requirements into learning opportunities;
- Liaising with:
- External training suppliers, experts and key stakeholders;
- Internal NCIA SMEs, learning officers and key stakeholders;
- Maintaining dataand ensuring accuracy of training records and information on learning opportunities at the NCIA;
- Monitoring the execution of training and travel budget for training;
- Supporting:
- Development of requirements for the new Learning Management System;
